Please read the following document releasing Kawerak, Inc. of liability on your use and responsibilities with the internet and equipment you have received from Kawerak Project REMOTE.

Kawerak, Inc. (“Kawerak”), is providing internet, internet technology and equipment, including laptops, cell phones, printers, and/or other equipment (“Internet Package”) to Tribal members living in the Bering Strait region who are pursuing online education (“Recipient”) through Kawerak Project Remote's effort. The Internet Package is provided at no cost to the Recipient. 

There are 7 conditions to receive the Internet Package. After you read each statement, check the box signifying that you agree and clearly understand your responsibility. You must agree to all 7 conditions and sign the agreement at the end in order to receive technology from Kawerak.
